Questions
Do I pay online?
Not yet. Every booking is paid at the court. Online payment is not available yet; the option is shown dimmed as coming soon.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge until the venue's cut-off, which the venue sets in hours before your slot. After the cut-off the cancel button is disabled and you can contact the venue by WhatsApp.
How do private clubs work?
You can book a private club's courts once the club has approved your membership number. Add it on your profile or submit it from the club's page; the club admin approves it.
How do coaching sessions work?
Coaches are assigned to a court for set hours. You choose the coach, the day and a slot inside those hours, and one booking covers both the coach and the court.
What if I do not show up?
The venue marks the booking as a no-show. No-shows are recorded on your account and visible to venues, not to other players. There is no automatic penalty in this version.
How many bookings can I hold?
To stop slot hoarding, a player may hold a limited number of upcoming court bookings at once. Venues can adjust the limit.
