The service

EgySquash is a listing platform. Courts, clubs, coaches and vendors are independent businesses that set their own prices, hours and policies. EgySquash is not a party to a booking or a sale.

Accounts and partner approval

Give accurate information and keep your password private.

Court, club, coach and vendor accounts go live only after EgySquash approves them.

Bookings and cancellation

A court booking is paid at the court. You can cancel free of charge until the venue's cut-off, which each venue sets. After the cut-off, contact the venue.

Venues record whether a booking was completed or a no-show. In this version a no-show carries no automatic penalty.

Store orders

Orders are cash on delivery, agreed between you and the vendor. EgySquash lists the products but does not sell or deliver them. You can cancel an order while it is still Placed.

Acceptable use

Do not post unlawful, misleading or offensive content, impersonate others, or misuse the service or other users' details.

Suspension

EgySquash may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or misuses the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. The last updated date changes when we do, and continued use means you accept the change.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Egypt. This is a draft pending legal review.
