What we collect

Account details: your name, email address and phone number.

Bookings and orders: the courts, coaches, products, times and delivery details you enter when you book or order.

Partner details: the business and contact information that courts, clubs, coaches and vendors register.

Club membership numbers you add to your account, and coach profile data: photo, links, age groups and training preference.

Device tokens, only if push notifications are enabled on a mobile app.

Why we collect it

To create and secure your account, confirm bookings and orders, notify you and the other party about changes, and let venues and vendors contact you about them.

We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

What we do not store

EgySquash does not take payments in this version, so we hold no card or payment data. Courts are paid at the court and store orders are paid on delivery.

Where it is processed

Your data is kept in a hosted Supabase database. The website and web app are served by Vercel. When push notifications are enabled they are delivered through Firebase. Transactional email, such as booking confirmations, is sent through Resend.

WhatsApp links open outside the app, in WhatsApp, and are then governed by WhatsApp's own terms.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not currently use tracking or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time, as described below.

Deleting your account

Open Me, then Delete account, in the app, or go to https://app.egsquash.com/me on the web. Deletion takes effect immediately.

Your future bookings, and your sessions if you coach, are cancelled and the other party is told. Orders you placed but the shop has not confirmed are cancelled; an order already confirmed or shipped is not, and it keeps the delivery address and phone you gave at checkout so the shop can deliver it. Your name, email and phone are removed from your profile, a coach profile is taken off the public list, and your sign-in is removed. Past bookings and orders stay in the venues' and shops' records without your profile details.

If your account manages a venue or a shop, email hello@egsquash.com. We remove the account after reassigning the venue or shop.
