How do buyers pay?
Cash on delivery. You deliver and collect. Online payment is not available yet.
Is there a commission or fee?
Not in this version. Any future fee will be announced in advance.
What if a buyer orders from several vendors?
Items from different vendors become separate orders, one per vendor, so you only see and handle your own.
Can buyers cancel?
A buyer can cancel while the order is still in the Placed status, before you confirm it.
Who approves my shop?
EgySquash. Register with your business details and your shop appears once it is approved.
